Sisters of First African (SOFA)

Mission Statement

The mission of Sisters of First African Ministry is to empower, equip, and encourage women in various stages of their lives that are seeking spiritual and personal growth through venues that provide motivation and spiritual mentoring. 

The SOFA Ministry desires to be found faithful in nurturing women to be true disciples of Jesus who love God first and then others, who grow godly character; for the advancement of the body of Christ through the study of God's Word and power of the Holy Spirit.

Purpose Statement

To encourage women to fulfill their call to a God-given ministry of discipleship, stewardship, and servant leadership. Our prayer is that the sisters of First African would have different opportunities to grow in their faith together as they fellowship and learn from the Word of God through networking, teaching, mentoring, workshops, conferences, etc.
